Looking for the perfect spot to host your next meeting, workshop, or community group? Harbor and Bridge Community Center offers a warm, flexible space right in the heart of the neighborhood. With character-filled rooms and affordable rates, Harbor and Bridge is designed for connection.

Renting space at Harbor and Bridge means joining a mission-driven environment that values hospitality, inclusion, and connection. The building features common areas, flexible layouts, and inviting rooms that provide both comfort and professionalism. Whether hosting a small group or a larger gathering, renters benefit from a supportive staff, affordable rates, and the knowledge that their use of the space contributes directly to strengthening community life.

Harbor and Bridge is an ideal venue for community groups, businesses, and individuals seeking a space that combines practicality with purpose, a place where events are not only held but where community truly grows.

Use the options below to book one time space use for your group. All space usage is reserved for three hour time slots. When booking, the times listed are the start times for each remaining time slot in that day.If you need more than three hours, feel free to book multiple spots.

Interested in regular space use? We have groups that use our space monthly, weekly, and daily. Fill out an interest form and our staff will be in touch with you. 

Building Amenities

Each rental space has access to the following:

  • Wifi

  • On-site trash and recycling

  • 2 single stall restrooms 

  • Water cooler and coffee supplies

Accessibility

Harbor and Bridge is located in a historical building and unfortunately does not have modern accessibility. Stairs are required to enter into the building.

Payment

  • Payment: You will receive an invoice for your booking within 24 hours, sent to the email provided during your booking. That invoice will include a link for payment. Please pay before the day of your booking.

  • Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee. Please be considerate, and provide 48 hours advance notice if you plan on canceling your event, so that others might use the space instead.

  • Can I hold a wedding, memorial service or other life event at Harbor and Bridge?

    • While Harbor and Bridge is designed to be used by community groups and those needing an affordable space for their business or non-profit, we may be able to offer you space for a life event.

    • We have slightly different rates and policies for private events.​

    • Fill out a private event interest form and our staff will be in touch.

  • Is there sliding scale pricing available?

    • ​Yes! All prices listed are suggested amounts, based on the minimum amount it costs to operate the building. Please contribute what you or your organization can to support the work of Harbor and Bridge.

  • What building use policies should I be aware of before booking?

    • We only offer building space to individuals and groups that align with our values. Learn more about our values here.​

    • No alcohol or substance use is allowed on our premises.

    • Each group is responsible for their own set-up and tear down. Please do your best to leave the space clean and in good condition.
