Our teachers share a vision of creating a collective space where everyone has the opportunity to explore their practices. We are committed to guiding our students into deeper awareness of body, mind, and spirit. Our goals are rooted in the ancient teachings of yoga, while our classes fit right in with modern life.

Collective Thoughts Group

Collective Thoughts is a chance to read, reflect, and respond to difficult and divisive issues. We often talk about local issues (housing, policing, politics, gentrification, etc.), and sometimes talk about more broad ones. It's kind of like an in-person version of the comments section of a social media page - except less childish and more productive.

Email Matt (harborandbridgecc@gmail.com) for a .pdf or link to our next reading, and then meet with the group on 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9am to discuss!

Mindfulness Club

Cleveland is a welcoming space for all people and beliefs to engage in the practice of meditation, listening, and speaking from the heart. Every week begins with a silent group meditation practice followed by a talking circle or thoughtful group discussion. Whether you're new to the practice, an avid meditator, or just looking to find some quiet time during the busy week, Mindfulness Club embraces your journey. If you are looking to get connected to yourself and get connected to others, come join us on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8p at Harbor & Bridge. We have some blankets, cushions, and chairs available to use, but encourage you to bring your own as well. Please contact us with any questions at mindfulnessclubcle@gmail.com.
